Personal Reflection: Analyze influences, patterns, and interests from early childhood. Look to understand where they come from, how deeply attached to them you are, and what type of effect(s) they’ve had on you. Connecting these dots doesn’t mean you will need to change them all; it’s just a way to understand how you’ve arrived as the person you are today (and hope to be in 5-10+ years)
Authentic Expression: Proudly share all the things that make you the happiest, most confident, and most connected to your true nature and purpose. Through style, home decor, friendships, and relationships, make sure what you show on the outside is as real as what you feel on the inside.
